Our personal experience favors the inframammary incision, although each approach has its advantages. The placement of implants or fat grafting injections can be above or below the muscle. The exact location will be chosen during your consultation visit.
Fat Grafting for Breast Augmentation
This type of breast enlargement involves harvesting excess stubborn fat from areas like the abdomen, back, or thighs and transferring it to the breasts to increase volume. Because the patient’s own fat is used instead of breast implants, the procedure is considered a form of natural breast augmentation.
Fat grafting, or fat transfer, is a three-step procedure. First, liposuction is used to remove the excess fat. Next, the fatty tissue is purified by removing any unnecessary materials, including dead and damaged fat cells. Finally, the healthy fat cells are carefully injected into the breasts to increase size.

Breast Augmentation Healing Process

Wearing a supportive surgical bra will help the breasts heal properly and will control post-surgical swelling and bruising. Pain-control medication and antibiotics must be taken as prescribed.
